How to Set Up Your Store Details, Customize Branding, and Select the Right Subscription Plan for Your Business?

Answer:

Step 1: Visit Pygmy Commerce

Open your web browser and go to my.pygmy.app.

Step 2: Create a New Account

- Click on the “Create New Account” button.
- Enter your Email Address, Password & Mobile Number.
- Click on Create Account.
- Once your signup is complete, you’ll be seamlessly directed to the Store Setup Page to fill in your store details and start building your brand effortlessly.

Step 3: Store Setup

- Fill in the following details:
  - Store Name: Enter the name of your store.
  - Choose your subdomain: Choose a subdomain for your store URL. It will be appended to .pygmy.app from store name and click generate url.
  - Store Address: Provide the physical address of your store.
  - Country: Select your country from the dropdown menu.
  - City: Enter your city.
  - Postal Code: Provide the postal code for your store’s location.
  - Currency: Select the currency you will be using for transactions.
  - Registration No: (Optional) Enter your business registration number if applicable.
  - Contact No: Enter your contact number.
  - Notification Email: Provide an email address where you would like to receive notifications.
  Upload Images:
  - Small Photo: Upload a small logo or image representing your store.
  - Fav Icon: Upload a favicon to be displayed in the browser tab for your store.
  - Large Photo: Upload a larger image for your store.

Step 4: Configure SEO Settings

Meta Keywords: Add relevant keywords to help search engines find your store.
Meta Description: Provide a brief description of your store that will appear in search engine results.

Step 5: Save Your Store Settings

After completing all the fields, click on the Update button at the top right corner of the page to save your store settings.
Your store URL will be generated based on the subdomain you chose.

As your free trial comes to an end, you will be automatically redirected to the Subscription Page.

On the subscription page, choose from the available plans:
- Basic Plan @ ₹799/month: Perfect for beginners, this plan includes all essential features.
- Annual Advantage Plan @ ₹9588/year: For those looking to save on costs and access numerous plugin integrations, this yearly plan offers unlimited features and more value through plugin purchases in the marketplace.
- Dedicated Server Plan (Price on Request): For better performance, choose this plan and click Drop a WhatsApp to directly chat with our team for more information.

Step 7: Continue Enjoying Your PYGMY Store

- After subscribing to a plan, you can continue using all the features of Pygmy Commerce to grow and manage your e-commerce store.
