We strive to maintain the availability of the platform but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary disruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PYGMY shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in activities that compromise the security or functionality of the platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
